Born in Mentakab, Pahang, Eiyma is blessed with a strong character of high determination and good natured at the same time. She is a leader who believes in living a purposeful life – for her family, business, grooming others, building a meaningful vision to inch into reality and not forgetting herself. And in every success story, the journey starts from a humble beginning.
A believer in lifelong learning and creating sustainable business impact, Eiyma understands knowledge can be a great platform for one to have an open-mind, enhance learning capabilities as well as, nurturing a better level of critical thinking. And, this sums up to her educational achievements of holding multiple higher learning certifications at three renowned Malaysian universities; Bachelor’s Degree at University Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) and Master’s Degree at University Technology MARA (UiTM) awarded with Information Technology degree as well as, a Diploma at the Open University (OUM) for Internet Business and Marketing Strategies program.

And, with Eiyma’s persistence and sacrifices, she has certainly taken a humble journey through a string of interesting career experiences before taking a big leap beyond the employment world. As a keen learner, she was unafraid to pursue diversified career paths; from information technology, auditing for banks and to becoming the Head of IT at the Military Corporation (or Koperasi Tentera) before trying something she’s passionate about...the beauty industry where she started a new career which lasted 6 years (2006 – 2012) as a part-time Make-up Artist and, this passion has stayed with her till today. From here, Eiyma took the courage to escalate her passion into building her very own ‘Halal’ beauty and wellness business and is the Founder of the successful HAUS Cosmetics International and GIM Cosmetic Industries Sdn Bhd.
For Eiyma, it’s a story where one’s passion can be turned into a sustainable business. From a part-time make-up artist to a self-starter of her own ‘Halal’ beauty and wellness business which comes with a collection of high quality cosmetic products for all ages. And, it was through Eiyma’s own bumpy experience when she was required to use ‘Halal’ cosmetics for her clients and those days certainly surface such a challenge to find high quality ‘halal’ cosmetics in the market. And, it was through such inspiration that Eiyma took the courage to develop her very own product line which becomes a key solution to help those who needed to only use ‘Halal’ products and yet, staying unique at the same time. Hence, HAUS Cosmetics was born in 2019.
As the Founder of HAUS Cosmetics, Eiyma worked very closely along with her commercially driven husband - Azizi Mohd, who is the pillar towards developing strategic commercial directions for HAUS Cosmetics. Such wonderful teamwork has earned HAUS Cosmetics the status of a multi-million revenue business portfolio within the region. And, it does not stop here as Eiyma is also the Founder of GIM Cosmetic Industries Sdn Bhd and playing the role as a certified Director of Research and Development too.
Eiyma defines success as one’s ability or leadership to solve challenges and build solutions which are meaningful to help others.
A true example for Eiyma was when she has personally experienced how challenging it was in the past to purchase ‘Halal’ cosmetics from the domestic market for her clients. With such constant observation and analysis, she knew this is the gap which can be turned into an opportunity. And, this is what has inspired her to start her very own beauty and wellness business from ground zero, as well as having their own factory to produce ‘halal’ cosmetics, beauty and nutritional products at its best.
As a forward looking businesswoman, Eiyma will be sure to create sustainability to the world of ‘halal’ beauty and wellness industry. We know her aim is to build and market ‘halal’ brands which will be competitive both to the domestic and global market. And, no woman in any part of the world will need to worry about compromising on not using halal products anymore. I guess we will be hearing more success stories in very near future...
Recognized as a valuable contributor of solid foundation and experiences, Eiyma has been appointed as one of MARA’s Entrepreneurial Panel in 2021 and 2022, specifically for the certification of ‘Service and Business Development’ for production of ‘Halal’ cosmetics.
She was also the award winner of the 2020 ‘Nona Best Halal Beauty Award’ and earned HAUS Cosmetics the prestigious ‘Superbrands Award’.
